Won a free ticket?
- Go to the KMSKA website and choose a visit to the museum collection or a visit to the exhibition + museum collection.
- On the ticket page, indicate which ticket your discount code is valid for: adults (26+) or young people (26-), and scroll down.
- Enter the voucher code. Then click on ‘check’. You can also add additional tickets if required.
- Click on next step and choose a time slot, then enter your personal details.
- You can only redeem one discount code at a time, so you will need to repeat this process for each individual discount code.
- After making your reservation, you will receive the KMSKA ticket in your email inbox. Be sure to check your spam folder if you don’t receive it.
- You will need to present this ticket at the KMSKA ticket validation point.
- Enjoy your visit to the KMSKA!

What if my code doesn’t work?
In this case, there are a few options:
- Check carefully to see whether you have entered the code correctly.
- The code has already been used in one of your other fields.
- You have entered an incorrect code that is not included in this promotion.
- If none of the above options apply, contact Coöperatie Hoogstraten at marketing@hoogstraten.eu.
How will I know if I have won?
After completing the form, you will need to press the send button to submit your codes and your details. If you have won, this website will immediately notify you that you are the winner.
If you did not receive this notification, then unfortunately you haven’t won this time.
I entered my details incorrectly, what should I do?
If you didn’t win, there’s no need to enter your details again.
If you did win, however, you will need to contact Coöperatie Hoogstraten at marketing@hoogstraten.eu.
